Grand Oasis Cancun Hotel

Check-in was a breeze, and staff quickly filled us in on all the perks we could enjoy with our wristbands. The pool, beach, and garden areas were top-notch and really well-kept, plus a good selection of restaurants with tasty food like Maki Taco. Only downside was some confusion with accessing certain programs via their app but didn't bother us much. Overall, a solid spot for a chilled resort stay 💆🏼.

The quality of the card to enter the room worked 1 time out of 4, forcing you to go to the reception to ask for news.

If you want to go on a day trip; rent the car at the hotel, the price for the small automatic smart is $20 and for the other model $40. To get around, use MAPS.ME very useful.

Be very careful with your bracelet given to you upon arrival. For my part, I tore it off and lost it by accident. I went to the reception to get a 150$ one back; no negotiation was possible when I had only 2 days of vacation left. Very disappointed. No WIFI included; price for 5 days for 2 phones $40.

The property had nice pools and bars close to the shore, but the restaurants lacked variety and quality in drinks. The customer service was slow and unhelpful, with extra costs for limited wifi. But the bell boys were a highlight for their friendliness and helpfulness.

there was room when I arrived, I could get my room at 7:30 in the morning BUT before that, it was as if I didn't exist and there was no possible access to the central entrance step... no possible discussion on any subject... The beach is great and most of the staff is super cool. The infrastructure is also superb with the pools, the bars.

internet pay-per-view, dollars-only ATM that charges $38 per transaction... Bringing someone home for the night who's not from the establishment is a callous and costs between 35 and 70... Food is limited for Europeans... The wait in non buffet restaurants is rather long. It is necessary to pay again to go in the evening and for many things... the launderette is paid by article thus in example a pair of socks costs 1st to wash. a machine was worth me more than 20e...

The atmosphere is great, the food is really good, the site is super clean, the rooms are very comfortable.

After a recent stay, I had a blast at this place. Sun, fun, and a casino right there – what more could you want? The staff helped with everything, even finding the best spots to relax and enjoy the views. A cool vacation, and the sushi bar was a favorite hangout. The organization of the dinner process, with a line that moves pretty smoothly so you don't waste too much time waiting for a table by eating quick breakfast and lunch where they're on point with seating, and the staff that are super friendly and quick to help out with anything are definite pluses. 🙌 Enjoyed relaxing in the serene spa and taking a dip in the different pool sections with lively music on one side and a more peaceful atmosphere on the other. The only downside was that sometimes the breakfast buffet items weren't immediately restocked when they ran out.

The exceptional staff and beautiful grounds at this hotel made my stay enjoyable. The well-stocked bars and some good food were highlights. Despite these setbacks, the beach was stunning and the cathedral provided a lively spring break experience.

the pool, beach, and location were fantastic. our room was clean and comfortable, with a really nice bathroom. being right on the beach and near the airport made it convenient for us. we even upgraded to a gorgeous beachfront suite with hot tubs on the balcony, the chavez suite in the pyramid.

With 8 restaurants, including Mexican and Mediterranean options, an international buffet, and a sushi bar, I experienced a gastronomic journey that left my taste buds buzzing with delight. The array of flavors and dishes felt like a global food festival right at my fingertips.

The buffet and Steakhouse offered delicious food, and the spacious, well-decorated rooms were a pleasure to stay in. The variety of restaurants and bars provided plenty of options, and upgrading to access all of them was worth it. The entertainment at night was fantastic, and the breakfast in the buffet was especially delicious. the Grand Oasis Cancun provided a great experience for disabled travelers like myself.

I always return here. At first stay, staff helped with late check out. Place has everything I need: car park, 24-hour reception, pool, beach access, fitness center. Coming back for New Year.

The hotel is in a beautiful location, really close to the beach. The rooms are nice and clean, and the view is amazing. The staff is friendly and always there to help with any needs. There are many facilities available like jet skiing and cars for rent, which can make your stay more enjoyable.

The restaurants seem to have trouble with wait times, and the systems in place for the staff can lead to frustration for guests. Sometimes you might have to opt to go to a nicer restaurant, which defeats the all-inclusive aspect.

The rooms facing the sea side are quiet. The pool is large and waiters serve drinks in the pool. There are acoustic American music and Mexican shows for entertainment. The breakfast has a variety of options. There are coffee shops with great coffee. There is a lot of food available around the pool, including ceviche, French fries, ice cream, hot dogs. The hotel has a beautiful natural surrounding with palm trees. Private cabins in front of the beach offer a great experience with delicious lunch and attentive service.

At this hotel, we were amazed by the luxurious amenities offered. the Spa & wellness centre is truly the highlight of the venue. the professionals provided us an amazing full-body massage with a unique body scrub and body wrap experience. Aside from the Spa, there were many activities to choose from such as live entertainment and a night club that kept us up all night. During the day, the outdoor swimming pool was the perfect place to relax, with numerous sun loungers and beach umbrellas available. the pool with a view was also an unforgettable experience. the private facilities of the room were exclusive, and everything was well-maintained. We enjoyed the complimentary buffet breakfast every morning, and the restaurant staff was always attentive and polite.

Some trash and leaves were scattered around, but it was not a significant issue.

the hotel was clean and had a great location near lots of college kids and spring breakers. the staff was friendly and bilingual, and there was plenty of seating at the beach and pool. the first floor room had an amazing view of the ocean from a larger balcony.

The 3.5-star beachfront all-inclusive resort and spa with an on-site 9-hole golf course provided a soothing atmosphere for a good rest after a day of activities. The private beach and multitude of pools were spectacular, creating a perfect environment for the entire family to unwind and enjoy quality time together.

My wife says that the resort could benefit from offering more diverse and appealing activities for the children.
